THE BRIEF

StepChange approached ACS IT Services with a clear objective: to modernise and unify the technology across 11 meeting rooms. Their existing AV setup was limited to a small number of meeting rooms equipped for Teams calls, which restricted how many hybrid meetings could take place simultaneously.

The organisation wanted to create a more intuitive, reliable, and future-ready conferencing environment that would support both in-office and remote teams.

OUR APPROACH

We began with a comprehensive site survey, visiting each of the 11 rooms to assess existing infrastructure. This allowed us to tailor our solution to the unique needs of each space while maintaining consistency across the estate.

We recommended Yealink conferencing solutions for their seamless Microsoft Teams integration, scalability, and ease of use. The deployment was designed to be modular yet unified, allowing for future expansion while delivering immediate improvements.

THE OUTCOME

The result was a fully integrated, modern conferencing ecosystem across all 11 rooms. Which included:

MVC S90 and MVC860 systems for larger rooms to support
high-capacity conferencing with advanced audio-visual capabilities.

Yealink Meeting Bar A30 for smaller spaces were installed, offering a compact
yet powerful solution for streamlined collaboration.

Protect Plus Advanced replacement coverage was included for all rooms,
ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.

Each room was fully configured, tested, and validated to ensure optimal performance. We also provided on site training, detailed documentation, and post installation support to ensure a smooth transition for StepChange’s teams.

The result was a seamless conferencing experience with significantly improved AV quality. The new setup made it easier for staff to collaborate and communicate, either in-office or remote, enhancing productivity and streamlining day-to-day workflows. The project was completed on time within a three week window.
